We’re excited to introduce InvGate Service Management, the evolution of InvGate Service Desk, and InvGate Asset Management, formerly known as InvGate Insight.

These changes reflect the natural growth of our solutions. As our products have expanded in scope and capability, their new names capture the true depth of what they offer today. The decision to refocus InvGate Service Desk as InvGate Service Management reflects the evolution the product has gone through. Today, more than half of our customers use the platform to manage services far beyond IT, including critical functions like HR, Maintenance, Operations, and even Logistics.
