InvGate Service Management (formerly known as InvGate Service Desk) and InvGate Asset Management (previously known as InvGate Insight) represent a new era in how you manage IT and beyond.

This decision reflects the evolution the product has gone through over the past decade and the backbone of our roadmap going forward.

InvGate Service Management began as a focused IT service desk tool, but it has evolved into a comprehensive Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. This launch better reflects our platform’s reach and versatility to be an integral solution for multiple business areas, a dynamic tool ready to encourage digital transformation.

In this sense, more than 50% of our current implementations have ESM components – meaning that our clients use the platform to manage services far beyond IT, including critical functions like HR, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and even Logistics.

As for IT Asset Management (ITAM), the complexity of the IT environment has reached unprecedented levels. What is more, thanks to our solution’s no-code flexibility, we’re seeing a fast growing number of customers using it for non-IT devices. 

The shift to InvGate Asset Management more accurately reflects the comprehensive capabilities that our customers rely on to manage the entire lifecycle of their assets beyond just IT devices. At the end of the day, what we pursue then and now is a desire to expand the assets’ universe organizations can track in a simple way.
