The second edition of ENVISION, InvGate’s user conference, took place in Buenos Aires last Thursday, September 25. With customers, partners, and product experts from eight countries, the day was filled with news, workshops, and networking opportunities.
If you missed it or want to relive the event, here’s a brief summary of what happened at ENVISION’25.
Looking ahead
The conference began with keynotes from our leaders. Ariel Gesto, InvGate’s CEO and co-founder, opened the event by highlighting the growing complexity in the IT world, particularly driven by security demands, governance, and the impact of artificial intelligence.
In response, he proposed a return to simplicity — centered around an intelligence system that integrates information from multiple sources, and an execution system capable of performing actions across different platforms with proper governance.
Next, Gonzalo Sainz-Trápaga, CRO and co-founder, focused on the company’s growth potential and, consequently, that of our customers, all built on the solid foundation established over more than 15 years.
Pablo Vergne, VP of Product, shared our vision for artificial intelligence, summarized in the concept of “pragmatic innovation.” While some companies chase headlines, our approach is — and will remain — focused on delivering real value by integrating AI capabilities into our products.
New user community

Liliana Gary, InvGate’s President and co-founder, announced an exciting development that will bring high value to our customers: the InvGate User Community.
The InvGate User Community is another step forward in strengthening our commitment to staying close to our customers — listening to them and supporting their daily work.
In line with this, Liliana also presented the first-ever ENVISION Awards to customers who achieved outstanding results with each of our products.
Product updates

The agenda included a special segment for our product experts to share the roadmap of upcoming innovations. These include advancements in artificial intelligence, new light and dark themes for both products, expanded Enterprise Service Management (ESM) capabilities in InvGate Service Management, and a new proactive governance hub for InvGate Asset Management.

Success stories and workshops

ENVISION’25 also had a strong practical component.
Our customers — OSDE (Argentina), TroGroup (Austria), and APEX América (Argentina) — shared their implementation experiences and insights using InvGate Service Management and InvGate Asset Management.
Additionally, our implementation experts led a series of hands-on workshops to demonstrate the automation and AI capabilities of our products.
