  • Log into InvGate Insight as an Administrator and go first to “Settings” and then to “Integrations.”
  • Inside the “Service Management” tab, hit the “+” sign next to the ServiceNow integration which you have to previously set up. 
  • In there, enter your instance address, username, and password, and press save.

And there you go! Your ServiceNow integration is configured, which means that all the assets will start populating the computers table in your service desk instance.

Every time you create a task of any kind, the CMDB_CI field in the form will include your complete fleet of assets and their profiles, allowing you to associate them to all incidents, changes, and problems.
