COVID stories: Neenah Joint School District

Neenah Joint School District – a highly-rated, public school district located in Neenah, Wisconsin – is one of the many organizations that has joined the InvGate COVID-19 response program. Neenah Joint School District serves over 6,200 students and is a frontrunner in many areas including academics, athletics, and the arts. The District was already an InvGate customer, using the InvGate Service Desk, Insight, and Assets solutions. They use the Service Desk solution for managing all IT, Human Resources (HR), Facilities, and Operations requests and processes. 

During the pandemic crisis, all Neenah's students moved to virtual classes, with the many challenges that this implies. To help with this change of education delivery model, Neenah extended its use of the InvGate Service Desk tool – using additional free licenses obtained via the InvGate COVID-19 response program – to technically-assist the parents of students in moving to, and managing, the new virtual education-delivery tools.
