Matt Beran, our Product Specialist and host of Ticket Volume – IT Podcast, will be participating in one session and also leading another one of his own. 

The first one is Session 203: Service Management Myth Busters, a roundtable discussion alongside Doug Tedder (Tedder Consulting LLC), Rae Ann Bruno (Business Solutions Training), and Angee Phong (SS&C Technologies).

He’ll also lead Session 406: Visualizing Value: How Adding Visualizing Work Improves Everything! In this session, Matt will explore how to think about Process Management, make organizational change much easier, and pick tools that help visualize and collaborate on experiences and teamwork.
