Introducing the Veil Theme
The Veil Theme introduces a refined visual system characterized by simplified shapes and carefully balanced contrast. The updated interface improves readability, reduces cognitive load, and supports faster navigation — key factors for IT teams who rely on us daily to manage requests, resolve incidents, and maintain operational continuity.

- InvGate Service Management: Veil brings a cleaner, more modern interface with refined layouts and better use of space, so teams can focus on resolving tickets faster. Additionally, Dark Mode reduces eye strain for agents working long hours and improves accessibility with high-contrast visuals.
- InvGate Asset Management: Veil delivers an intuitive interface with drag-and-drop columns, inline filtering, customizable views, and a navigation bar designed around best practices, making intelligent governance feel effortless.
The redesign stems from extensive user research and iterative testing. The product and design teams sought to identify the moments where UI friction slowed users down or created unnecessary complexity. Veil addresses these points with a minimalist aesthetic and streamlined interactions that allow users to focus on what truly matters: solving problems efficiently.
