Recognized as one of the leading gatherings for the IT Service Management community, Pink25 brought together ITSM professionals, practitioners, and industry leaders from around the world. The conference focused on sharing best practices, discussing emerging ideas, and creating opportunities for collaboration across the industry.
During the event, Matt Beran, Senior Product Marketing Specialist at InvGate, presented the session “How to DO Experience Design.” The talk explored practical approaches to user research, service design, testing, and iteration, with a focus on building effective and memorable service experiences.
