This year’s edition, centered around the theme “Agentic AI: From Hype to Value,” will explore how organizations are moving beyond experimentation and starting to apply AI in measurable, operational ways.
During the event, InvGate will be at booth 306, where attendees will be able to learn more about how organizations are approaching IT support, service management, and asset management while adapting to new operational demands shaped by AI.
Ignacio Harriague, who leads Global Product Marketing at InvGate, will present the conference “Dress me slowly, I’m in a hurry”: Change in the AI Era on June 10 at 10:30 AM. The session will examine why the organizations delivering AI value first are not always the ones moving the fastest, and how many teams risk overlooking foundational operational challenges while rushing toward “AI-ready” initiatives.
The team onsite will also include Gonzalo Sainz-Trapaga, Kristan Hansen, Shiraz Hemani, and Anthony Dye, who will be available throughout the event to connect with attendees and discuss current challenges across IT operations and service delivery.
InvGate will also host one of Info-Tech LIVE’s breakout sessions, where registered participants can join focused presentations designed for deeper conversations around operational challenges and emerging technologies.
