The Service Desk Institute's IT Service & Support Awards seek to highlight the achievements of IT organizations as well as leaders working in the Digital Service Management and Technical Support industry.
The Best Service Desk Improvement Project Award is meant to recognize a company that “understands the needs of its customers, their goals and objectives, and can clearly define the cycle from the beginning of the interaction to its end. Identifying opportunities and improvements aligned to business needs,” according to the Service Desk Institute.
This recognition is a testament to the great improvements made over the last year by Coppel. In the coming days, we'll be sharing more information about Coppel's use of InvGate Service Desk to help streamline their processes and manage over 200,000 incidents per month.
